A cocktail bar for people who think they've seen it all. Inventive without trying too hard, theatrical without being pretentious. G.O.D. is weird in all the right ways. Bangkok at its most brilliantly unhinged.

An absolutely surreal masterpiece in Bangkok! If you're looking for something extraordinary, G.O.D (Genius.On.Dr*gs) is the place to be. The entrance alone transports you to a completely different world: next to a colorful glass block wall, a large Palad Khik (phallus sculpture) stands right outside, traditionally adorned with colorful cloths and embellished with gold leaf. A real statement piece right at the door! The understated, almost secret entrance doesn't overpromise. Atmosphere & Design: Once inside, you're almost breathless. The bar is housed in an old, brutalist-inspired building with extremely high ceilings and exposed concrete beams. The ambiance is dark and mystical, dominated by an intense, deep red light radiating from the ceiling. Illuminated niches are recessed into the walls, where the spirits are presented like works of art. The Cocktails: The drinks are absolutely top-notch and prepared with meticulous attention to detail. The bartenders are true masters of their craft. My highlight was a perfectly balanced cocktail with a delicate foam head, served in a metal tin alongside a small, artfully arranged snack of coffee beans. The presentation—often accompanied by soft mist and flickering candles in the background—is pure poetry. Conclusion: G.O.D is not your average bar; it's an audiovisual and gustatory experience. Definitely one of the most captivating venues in all of Bangkok. Anyone seeking first-class mixology in a unique, almost sacred underground atmosphere simply must come here!

They seem to be pairing cocktails with food, but it felt a bit forced, and I felt the food wasn't really necessary. The overall atmosphere was dimly lit, like a renovated abandoned church, and it was quite lively, making it a little difficult to talk to the person next to you. Personally, it wasn't my cup of tea, but I got the impression that quite a few people would like this kind of place.

Absolutely one of the best Cocktail bars in Bangkok, in the area of Soi Nana in Chinatown, you will find a glass door with a shaker for handle once you are inside you will be greeted by very knowledgeable bartenders, they're all menù as of now is a pairing between cocktails and food. All of the signature drinks have a very elaborated garnish that is more like a bite on the side, I might say the best cocktail/ finger food I have ever experienced in a cocktail bar, there is real work and effort behind. Regarding the cocktails what can I say just incredible, tasty, balanced and not obvious flavours. I can recommend the 4 cheesus, it was a very surprising cocktail. Cocktails are around 450THB Service 9 Cocktails 9 Service 9 Vibe 10 Design 9 P.S. also the Oyster Martini is a must try Highly Recommended cocktail bar
