I stayed there... and the service was excellent!
Cheapest price in this area as of 5-7-68. The room is adequate, close to BTS/MRT. It's more like a homestay, lacking hotel amenities. But it's near a 7-Eleven and has lots of street food nearby. Not suitable for those seeking a quiet and peaceful retreat. Ideal for those who want a lively and fun atmosphere as it's close to pubs and tourist attractions.
