About the venue
MB Lounge, known locally as the Male Box, is a gay-owned and gay-run bar on Grafton Street in Worcester, Massachusetts, and the longest-running gay bar in the city. The crowd is mixed and mostly over 30, including bears and leather guys. Regulars are friendly, and newcomers are easily absorbed…
“Always a safe, inclusive space! Underrated for sure! Wednesday is Karaoke, Thursday is trivia followed by Latin night, Friday is a dance party. Saturdays vary. There’s at least one themed-event per month! Super cheap drinks made by awesome bartenders! DJ’s on the weekend and now open for Sunday Funday!” — Osmar Ocasio, Google
“This place has been changing so much in the last decade, making it more and more acceptable to all! Great space, great staff, some of the best prices in the area.” — Shawn Sprague, Google
