Luis was great! And inspiring!

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Internacional in Tirana. The atmosphere was pleasant, everything was clean, and the overall service was excellent. A special thank you to Luiz. I have rarely met a waiter who is so professional, serious, and dedicated to his work. He was polite, attentive, and handled everything with great care. His outstanding service truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I will definitely be happy to return again!

Very good experience at International Tirana. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was nice, but what made our visit even more special was the service from the waiter Luisi. He was very polite, smiling and ready to help at any moment. Professional and very attentive service. We will definitely be back!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were forced to leave our rooms two days before the end of our reservation. The staff shouted at us, treated us with complete disrespect, and humiliated us for no legitimate reason. It was obvious that the hotel wanted to sell the rooms at a much higher price because of a major event taking place in Tirana. We were not the only victims—dozens of other guests were also forced to leave under the same circumstances. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. The management clearly cares more about making extra money than honoring confirmed reservations or treating guests with basic respect. I have photos and videos documenting everything that happened, so there is clear evidence and they cannot deny these events. I respectfully ask Google to allow this review to remain visible because it reflects a genuine customer experience. Honest reviews help protect future travelers and promote transparency. This review is based on real events, and I have evidence to support every statement made.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were always helpful and professional. I would especially like to thank Mrs. Vojsava for her kindness, excellent attitude, and clear communication with guests. She made our experience even more pleasant.

Excellent location next to the main square. Small rooms, creaky beds, not enough space to put your luggage. The location of the safe is poor, right inside a closet on the floor. There is no water pressure in the high places. Reasonable breakfast.
