HOSI-Tirol - Homosexuelle Initiative Tirol

HOSI Tirol (Homosexuelle Initiative Tirol) is the region's central LGBTQ+ organisation and community centre, based at Kapuzinergasse 43 in the Saggen district just north-east of Innsbruck's Old Town. Active since 1984, it is Tyrol's oldest and most important queer institution — a non-profit offering counselling, advocacy and a welcoming social space rather than a commercial venue. Its regular "Offener Abend" (open evening, Thursdays from around 6pm) turns the centre into a relaxed community bar with drinks, board games and conversation, and it is the beating heart of local queer life. HOSI Tirol also co-organises Innsbruck's annual Pride. Rated 4.6 stars by visitors, it is the first place to connect with the community in the Tyrolean capital.
