The room was very small and outdated. Breakfast was okay. Service was good and attentive. The view of Innsbruck and, for example, Bergisel from the terrace was fantastic.

The rooms were nice, but the bathrooms were a bit outdated. The owners were very friendly. The views of Innsbruck were beautiful 💖

The hospitality could use some improvement. The room was satisfactory clean, except for the pendant lamp, which had a thick layer of dust. The room and bathroom were completely run-down. The shower was broken, the curtains were dirty and yellowed, there was mold on the ceiling, and the toilet was awful… But at least the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean and soft… And of course, the view from the balcony was simply beautiful! ;)

The view is amazing, but the rooms need some work. €250 for two nights is pretty steep. The food and the restaurant are great.

Very dated. Great view. Large rooms. But overpriced; you'd expect more for that price.

This hotel is absolutely not recommended. For the high price, it's simply not worth the money. • There were bugs in the bathroom, and a strong, unpleasant smell of urine that had clearly been there for a long time. • My room was right next to a washing machine that was running even in the middle of the night – a restful sleep was virtually impossible. • The furnishings looked like something out of the 70s; everything was old and in dire need of renovation. • The ceiling reeked of unpleasant body odor. • Even the view, which could have been a plus, was disappointing. For perhaps a third of the price, it might have been acceptable, but at this rate, it's completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking here.
