A charming hotel in a picturesque setting. Friendly and dedicated staff, excellent cuisine throughout, and a comfortable room made for a perfect weekend getaway.

The hotel's value for money is generally good. While the furniture is a bit dated, the room was clean, which I'd like to emphasize. However, one thing I didn't quite understand was this: given that we're in Austria, where German is the official language, I would have expected to be able to communicate in German at reception. Instead, I was asked to speak English, and even then, communication wasn't entirely smooth.

Amazing stay! This was my second visit and I’ll most likely rebook again. The rooms were spotless, the staff incredibly friendly, and everything exceeded expectations. The food in the restaurant was perfect, especially the delicious Ukrainian borscht, which was a highlight of the experience. Perfect location and great amenities, overall 10/10!

Ivana at the front desk was awesome. She held our room for late arrival and made sure we had all the information to get to our room. The room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a variety of delicious food and great atmosphere. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend a visit.
