I am very grateful to this hotel, and I would also like to express my gratitude to Mr. Ayhan, he is a very kind and nice person.

Çox pis otel A very bad hotel in terms of cleanliness and service. I do not recommend it at all. There are much better hotels. There are insects in the hotel and a bad smell in the kitchen. There is absolutely no cleanliness. Two stars is too much for it, or even less.

This has been, by far, the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in all my years of travel. If you don’t want to sleep at night, this is the place to book. People here won’t let you sleep well. The manager is terrible at handling complaints, as are the staff members. I complained on my first night because I couldn’t sleep due to the noise from the restaurant above me. The manager told me that the noise would minimize by 9:30 pm., and unfortunately, they couldn’t transfer me to another room because the 2nd to 4th floors are for staff members, and the 5th floor is for guests. However, around 1 am. to 2 am., there was still noise, with chairs and tables moving. What surprised me most was that neither the manager nor the staff ever apologized. Additionally, guests from other rooms had no sense of etiquette, constantly banging their doors loudly. I came here to enjoy my vacation, but sadly, I couldn’t get enough sleep at this so-called 4-star hotel. Just a piece of advice: if you’re planning to stay here, don’t.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024. Apart from the friendly attitude of the hotel staff towards the guests, there is nothing good there. They brazenly lie about the pool, it has never been there and could not be there. The breakfast is disgustingly monotonous and extremely meager. The rooms are cleaned only on request, towels are not changed, they are picked up from the floor and carefully hung back! Coolers stand without water for two days, and next to the reception. The TV does not work, they say the cable is damaged, but during the ten days of stay they did not even try to fix it! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, IT IS DISGUSTING!

The hotel is at a very lovely location and the staff is very nice. This is the first time I have seen such a staff
