The room was dirty, and if you want it cleaned, you have to book it the day before via a QR code. The cleaning they do is minimal. At the bar, you have to collect the glasses from the table and take them to the bar. The hostel is large, and the rooms are spacious. If you have bunk beds, you have to make your bed when you arrive. It's a quiet place, and it's a 25-minute walk to the city center. It's well-connected by public transport.

If you want problems and don't want to stay in a clean room, you can choose this. Everything from tissues to water bottles is under the bed. We asked reception to clean the room. When I checked, it hadn't been cleaned. They just gave us another room. There was no soap in the other room either. There's no refrigerator, kettle, etc. It's 25 minutes to the city center and 7 minutes to Brussels Noord train station. The pedestrian walkway to the hotel isn't very safe. Choose accordingly.

A filthy, over-priced hotel in a less than ideal part of the city. Bed and sheets were clean but that was pretty much it. It's hardly passable for budget accommodation but the fact it's a similar price (or not far off) from proper hotels in the central part of the city makes this a non starter. Hallway carpets were filthy. Mold all over the windows. Filthy toilet. Filthy shower screen. Both bath and sink drains very clogged. This just isn't up to any reasonable standard for the price. Avoid. I saw other reviews saying getting a cancellation and refund was challenging so I just left it and booked into a proper hotel. You deserve better than this dump.
