Convenient. But quiet.

This hotel is ideal if you're planning a trip to Brussels and is highly recommended, especially for its fantastic location. The reception service is very good. However, we can't say the same for the cafeteria; in our opinion, it lacks a bit of friendliness. The facilities are old, but clean. If you're looking for a great location, don't hesitate to stay here.

We stayed from May 14th to 16th as a family in room 280 Miami (duplex). Here's what we can say: - The room was suitable for a family of four, but not very soundproof, as there was noise in the evening even with the windows closed. - The last few steps to the other part of the bedroom and bathroom were dangerous (I didn't see the last step and ended up with a huge bruise at the start of my stay). - A few extra pillows would have been welcome – we requested them at reception but received no response during our stay, and a duvet would have been appreciated. - The breakfast was simple but adequate. - The location is good for visiting the city. A major area for improvement is the private parking. We chose this hotel specifically for the parking, which unfortunately wasn't used due to a lack of spaces. During our stay, this hotel remained a good compromise in terms of price, including breakfast.

Centrally located hotel. Clean room. Within walking distance of the Grote Markt. Breakfast offers a sufficient selection. Friendly and helpful staff.
