The apartment was very nice and clean, much bigger than we expected! The terrace was wonderful!

Rooms are spacious, location good (metro super close and city center at a 10 mins walk) BUT the check-in process was absolutely unacceptable: no reception whatsoever, need to check your phone constantly for info on how to send your data and receive the code to access the building, which is annoying because I don't want to depend that much on technology), plus the way they deliver the key to the rooms is just UNSAFE! Privacy is not at all protected. I would definitely reconsider the check-in procedure...

What a place to stay, so cheap and modern, very good apartment compared to some of the other ones offer in Brussels it's clean easy to get in and out and had everything you could need. 24 houron call service if you need assistance a gym Landry and parking if you drove. Pretty big apartment with a good view as well so if you looking to stay on your own or with friends or family I would highly recommend this place.

A 4-star hotel?! Where are the 4 stars, honestly… apart from the location which isn't too bad, I honestly wouldn't set foot in there again. It's filthy, to the point where you don't even want to get into bed. It's a disgrace considering the price! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

the room is ok, nothing special, but the service quality is more than poor. there are no infos how to access the building or breakfast. and there is no option to reach someone if you need assistance as the provided phone numbers are not answered
