Great hotel, close to the center. The room was clean, they fulfilled our request to make beds for 3 people right away. They sent us check-in instructions in advance, there were no problems. I recommend

Horrible place, be very careful and check the beds well before using them, there are BED BUGS in the beds and rooms.

"I believe the reviews for this hotel are somewhat unfair. I checked in yesterday and am still staying here. I chose this place because of its proximity to my son's dormitory, and I’m glad I did; it makes it very easy for him to come and go. Even though it was the weekend, check-in was very smooth as the access codes were sent in advance. I had no trouble opening the doors. Since I arrived early, I was able to leave my luggage in the storage room on the -2 floor and returned later for the official check-in. The interior of the room is, of course, a bit older compared to the photos, but I didn't encounter anything broken or dirty as some mentioned. My only criticism is the lack of kitchen equipment (adding an egg boiler and a frying pan would be a great improvement). Even though it was Sunday, the Carrefour across the street was open, so I was able to do my grocery shopping right away. Most importantly, there is no smell in the room, and even though it’s freezing outside, the indoor temperature is quite comfortable. I’m writing this because I read so many negative reviews before coming that I was honestly worried. As it turns out, there was no need to be. It has been a pleasant stay.

The room was fantastic and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. My only complaint is that there wasn't someone to assist guests, as everything is done online. We'll definitely be back.

The Wi-Fi is acting up. One slat of the bed is missing, making it hollow and uncomfortable. There's a sex toy under the bed mixed with trash. The shower head is malfunctioning. The door creaks. The neighbors' toddlers cry at 1 a.m. That's it. If I could, I'd post pictures.

Shower head that doesn't work, wifi that cuts out every 5 minutes, wobbly bed with a missing slat, lack of cleanliness. Shower door that creaks.

We stayed here for 2 nights!i would say check in process was easy,everything was mentioned in an email!However,parking was little bit tricky when you have big car!Rooms were ok,but what was disappointing for me was mold in the shower area!and it was stinky in the bathroom due to mold,we didn’t used that shower area!still we found it very risky to breathe the air which has mold present as due to AC,i feel though i keep bathroom door close,air gets circulate in the whole apartment!

I stayed at this 4-star hotel for two days and my experience was disastrous. From the moment I arrived in the first room, it hadn't been cleaned: overflowing bins, dirt everywhere… Customer service eventually moved me to another room, but even the second one wasn't really clean. The next day, my room hadn't even been cleaned. The sheets and towels hadn't been changed, the bin hadn't been emptied, and everything was left as it was. For a hotel that's supposed to offer high-end service, this is unacceptable. A very bad experience; I do not recommend this establishment.

Very bad place... I don't recommend it. I don't know if it's just my room, but the smell from the street as soon as I walk in is unbearable. The worst part is I don't know if it's toxic, or where it's coming from... and since no one is giving any answers... The windows don't open fully to allow for ventilation and air circulation. We have to understand the air conditioning, which I imagine doesn't blow very clean air either. Anyway, my vacation is ruined, at least our rest, which I understand is a fundamental part of having a wonderful vacation. Don't book here if you're reading this. The photo I managed to take is from one of the floors... each floor has its own particular kind of filth. It's unbelievable.

It's a shame... for the same price I could have found a decent hotel with breakfast included... We arrived at the room to an unbearable smell, and minutes before, the cleaning lady we passed when we got off the elevator was incredibly rude. When we made the reservation, it didn't mention adding breakfast as an extra, even though it was included in the price when I booked through this website. When we arrived at the hotel, they didn't give us the breakfast voucher. We called to complain at the number they provided, and they said we had to pay extra, even though it wasn't specified beforehand. WARNING: This hotel is untidy, dirty, and smells bad. No one attends to you or offers solutions. With the misleading advertising on their website, this place is not recommended. Impersonal and with zero intention of helping guests. A terrible decision to come here. And on top of that, we booked here through an acquaintance from Amsterdam because we were hoping for a decent hotel. DISASTROUS. AND THE STAFF IS VERY UNPLEASANT. 0% RECOMMENDED I will never return. If I could, I would give it -1. It's also room 56.
