Beverly Hills Hotel

Everything was perfect. It's one of the most affordable places to stay in the area, and I have to say I'm very satisfied. The location is central and very nice, yet very quiet. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The staff is very helpful.

Terrible experience. Access to the room was denied on April 19th despite a reservation paid for "taxes included" on Booking.com. Management refuses to confirm the no-show in order to block my refund, citing internal conflicts with their distributors (Hotelbeds). Worse still: when I requested a resolution, the manager threatened me with a harassment complaint instead of resolving the issue (see anonymized screenshots). This establishment should be avoided due to its lack of professionalism and its aggressive treatment of customers in difficulty.

The room was good value for money. The staff was also very friendly. The breakfast was less worth the money. The pastries didn't taste freshly baked, and guests who arrived later in the morning ran out of bread.

The hotel refused to give me the room I paid for because they wanted me to pay more. This hotel is a big scam and the receptionist is very rude. I read lots of comments about them trying to scam their clients.

As lots of reviews mentionned it, the receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. When you use Booking for your reservation, the hotel tries to make you pay more. And if you told them that it's already paid they refuse to give you the key of your room. Go somewhere else, the staff there treats people very poorly.

Very clean room, good value for money.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location is ideal; I also recommend grabbing a coffee at BuddyBuddy, which is just a 2-minute walk away. The reception staff were very friendly, and I thank them for their kindness. It's just a shame there's a €10 surcharge for a travel cot for a baby. Incidentally, the room wasn't very clean upon arrival. There was a lot of dust on the floor.

Not recommended. This hotel cancelled my confirmed booking on Booking.com because it tried to have me rebook the room at a higher rate than confirmed price. I initially book one double room for 2 nights from July 1 to July 3, 2026 at the confirmed price of EUR 344.60 for 2 nights. However, the hotel kept unreasonably try to reject my VISA card. I initially though there might be issues with my card, so I even provided the information of an alternative VISA card, so 2 cards in total. Both of which are valid and have sufficient funds to pay, even though the booking is non-prepaid and could be paid at the property. I contacted my card providers, and there are no attempts to validate the card, let alone the fact that the hotel cancelled my booking due to the reason that the cards are not valid. This is a very disappointing behavior, as I looked up the hotel on Booking.com once again, and they are trying to charge double the original price per 1 night compared to my original booking. Apparently, I know now for a fact that the demand goes up for those 2 days. But if you forecast the, work properly and set your pricing timely well in advance! :) don't try make more money by unreasonably cancelling confirmed booking. Very unethical business!
