Everything was great, it's a city hotel under Spanish ownership.

Highly recommended! Very welcoming atmosphere, respectful people, peaceful but not boring. Garden views! Street view, very clean, varied and high-quality breakfast, vegan and gluten-free options, sweet, savory, hot, and cold. I requested confirmation by phone and Francisco very kindly called me back to let me know and also wrote through Booking.com, despite how busy he was in Brussels. We arrived very late at night and were still greeted warmly and kindly!

I give it 5 stars. This hotel has won my loyalty thanks to their kindness and the quality of the establishment. The customer service is top-notch, always attentive. The rooms are always clean. A special mention for Mr. Rachad, whose kindness and attentiveness are exactly what you expect from a hotel! It's been almost a year and I've never been disappointed!

The stay was extremely uncomfortable due to the almost complete lack of air conditioning in the room. The most egregious issue was the reception area, where staff had to work without any air conditioning in the sweltering heat. This clearly created a lack of comfort for guests and unacceptable working conditions for the staff.
