Citadines Sainte Catherine Brussels Aparthotel

Rooms are basic. The bathroom is so-so, a bit small and lacks a fan. The location is very good. The hotel has its own underground parking lot (very narrow).

The room was very tired and overdue for a major update. The tile was crumbling in the bathtub and had to be emergency repaired during our stay. And the bed was dreadfully uncomfortable due to the plastic mattress cover that they use (which we rarely encounter in other branded hotels). We like Citadines for the kitchen, roominess and their generous lobby coffee policy, but we’ll have to look to other options the next time we need an apartment hotel.

Great neighborhood for a short 3-day weekend. In a lively but not too busy area, with restaurants, bars, cafes...

The photos on their website don't match the dump they rented me at all... Never again!!!

Hi, The staff is incredibly friendly, the location is spectacular—it's right in the city center, near the metro, bars, cafes, and a supermarket. In short, everything is perfect. The rooms are amazing: spacious, airy, and have all the amenities you could need—excellent for long stays. I was given a choice of room views, and I loved the one overlooking the street—noisy, but beautiful. I loved it.

This aparthotel could be improved. They don't clean your room or change your towels during your stay. Its location is its only saving grace. Breakfast is overpriced for what it offers.

Great location but room was dirty and noisy, and the furniture was pretty damaged. Underground parking is first come first serve but we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot. Overall good for 1 or 2 nights but overpriced.
