Nice location with close proximity to the trains. Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Just to note for others, the rooms do have windows and fans are available, however there is no air conditioning despite what Google says.
Very disappointing stay. The hotel is extremely dark, with very poor lighting throughout the property and in the rooms. The room was also very hot, and there was no air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel advertises free parking, but when I arrived, all parking spaces were full and I had to pay €20 for parking elsewhere. This was misleading and an unexpected extra cost. Overall, this was the worst experience of my vacation, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
A very warm welcome from Ms. Paula. The hotel is excellent. The rooms are almost fully furnished, and they offer free parking, which is very helpful.
The hotel is a bit worn, but this is more than compensated for by the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! Especially Sevim at reception! There's no language she doesn't speak, and she's always incredibly courteous and friendly!
The rooms are dated, but the service and breakfast are good. It's a great location to stay.
Fine if necessary stayover but not clean looking (stains everywhere) dated both in damages not repaired as well as >20 yr old appearance of all furniture. We looked for a cheap two night stay due to concert but won’t book again. All sheets, bedding, curtains, pillows contained blood-like stains, even upon sheet replacement of day 2. Moreover, the fridge was stained too and the bathtube had clear damages all over the coating. Despite this they do take a 100 euro deposit to ensure we leave no damages as new guest, yet cannot replace stained materials for two days in a row. Prior to arrival but after booking, we also noticed false ad for free parking, there are no clear reserved spots (but spots on street for anyone to take and as you can imagine in a capital city: all taken) but they do take payment to get you one… that is a massive contradiction. They did not allow free cancellation, despite disputing with Agoda and Paypal. So be sure when you book and you need parking to either pay them more for it or arrange your own (e.g., ParkBee which is less than half the price usually)
