The place wasn't very welcoming, it was dark, and looked more like a brothel with a jacuzzi and sauna than a spa. We were only able to use the sauna because the jacuzzi was very dirty. It was hard to say if the rest was clean given the lack of light (no windows and very dim lighting). The shower head was clogged with limescale (the water barely came out). We only stayed 40 minutes out of the 2 hours we paid for. We immediately contacted the manager (who wasn't on site) and she told us she would check the jacuzzi and that she was aware of the shower problem. After two weeks, we're still waiting for a response and a refund.
