Room8 Glamping

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Room8 glamping in Huldenberg 🥰 From the moment we arrived until we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed: the host was friendly, kind, reliable, and very responsive when needed. Communication was clear, efficient, and friendly, and his perfect bilingualism (French-Dutch) made it incredibly easy to get in touch. The setting is superb: pleasant, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The place tastefully blends the simplicity and tranquility of nature with sophisticated modernity, both in terms of amenities and decor. Everything is perfectly thought out and equipped: aside from our suitcases, we only brought a few extra board games, as everything else is already provided so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Special mention goes to the fireplace and the Nordic bath, which fully contribute to this feeling of a moment suspended in time, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. My partner and I chose Room8 to celebrate our anniversary, and our stay far exceeded our expectations 😍 The price may seem high at first glance, but it's actually completely justified by the equally high quality of the products and services offered, worthy of a top-rated hotel! ✨️ Finally, the location is ideal for nature lovers and walkers: numerous lovely walks and hikes are accessible in the surrounding area, between Huldenberg and Leuven/Louvain, perfect for rounding out the experience. We particularly enjoyed the 1 hour 40 minute walk through the Heverleebos forest. 🌳 We highly recommend Room8 to couples looking for an unusual place for a romantic, relaxing, and timeless getaway. Everything is perfect! We highly recommend this place to couples looking for a special getaway. We came in November, and the weather was absolutely perfect for enjoying Room 8. We were able to soak in the Nordic bath, relax on the terrace, and admire the autumn colors. The room is superb. The finishes and amenities are top-notch. Truly nothing to complain about; it will satisfy even the most discerning guests. ;) Outside, the Nordic bath and terrace are truly delightful. We swam in the evenings and also in the mornings. The owners are very helpful before and during our stay if we have any questions. The welcome is warm and friendly. Finally, it's the ideal place for a romantic getaway or simply to reconnect! We will definitely return.

I hesitated for a long time between 4 and 5 stars for this beautiful and romantic location. You stay in a true luxury tent, which was furnished with taste. Many amenities, many cozy corners. A comfortable bed. We also made use of the Norwegian hot tub. You emerge from it fully warmed up and relaxed; the tent was still reasonably warm. So we slept well, but at 3 a.m. we both woke up from the cold. We then noticed that there is an air conditioning/heating unit present. But it only blew cold air. On the second night, we lit the wood stove and then we did have a warm night. On the one hand, you find yourself on the terrace in nature; you hear the frogs in the distance, we saw herons, geese, ducks... the sounds of nature... but you can also clearly hear the planes from Zaventem during certain hours, and during those flight periods, every 2 to 5 minutes. I am sorry for the courteous and friendly host, but only 4 stars.

A magnificent location in an idyllic setting. The facilities are perfect and complete: a small lounge by the fireplace, a cozy table with the main herbs for the meal, a fully equipped coffee and tea area, a small cozy corner with a Bluetooth speaker and smart TV, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and induction hob), a shower allowing you to admire nature, and the bed facing the window overlooking the surroundings. The breakfast (extra charge) was complete, high-quality, and very well served. The Nordic bath (extra charge) was a little extra to provide us with additional relaxation. A highly recommended place. And a big thank you to the owner who takes the time to explain all the facilities and is eager to know how our stay at his establishment went. A magnificent weekend surrounded by nature.

In one word: TOP! Amazing location; great reception, everything—absolutely everything—has been thought of down to the last detail. Breakfast and the hot tub with bubbles are definitely recommended to book. We will certainly come back again!!
