I’ve been here for a week, and they couldn’t fix the air conditioning for 3 days 😀 After spending all day visiting places and walking, I come back to my room and it’s over 30 degrees Celsius. I just can’t sleep, and they can’t fix the AC — hilarious. Most of the rooms don’t have problems. There are 5 of us friends in separate rooms, but if you do happen to have an issue, it won’t be fixed anytime soon. That’s why I’m giving 1 star for both the room and the overall experience. The place is nice, but the service is terrible.

Unfortunately, I have to say that I do not remember a worse experience than this one. Spent one night in the hot June period in this hotel, which is partially under renovation. Shortly: Room at the 5th floor with no lift. Had to climb the 5th floors with the luggage. Once in the room, air conditioning does not work. The room is on the last floor, so very hot. No phone in the room, so calling from the mobile: they promise to turn on the air conditioning (obviously refusing to change the room), but almost nothing happens. Luckily, I could open a window. One final note: when I told the person who was turning on the air conditioning about the broken lift, the answer was "this is not my duty". Goodbye Mercure Hotel Des Colonies, you will not see me again.

The hotel's quality is excellent. It's located close to the city center. Suitable for a one- or two-day stay. There are few vegan options at breakfast, and the food is unlabeled and without ingredients, making it impossible to determine what is suitable for a vegan diet.

Very warm welcome from receptionist Rabab, good hotel despite lots and lots of construction and noise, for the price it's ideal.

Hello and thank you to the manager, Hakim, for his exceptional professionalism and kindness. He was always attentive and incredibly caring. Thank you to Amine in the restaurant for his special attention. I highly recommend this hotel for the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by its manager, Mr. Hakim. I am very happy.
