Good place to stay and nice hotel. The hotel team is friendly and helpful.
I stayed there for just one night on a business trip. It's a little far from the Grand Place, but it's in a very nice area. The hotel's interior had a unique design and was spotlessly clean. As an IHG member, the late check-out was a great benefit.
Good breakfast, good service.. Rooms are tastefully decorated with all the amenity needed. Will definitely come back when in Brussels again.
Very good bed and nicely decorated room. Bathroom is VERY cramped. As in you can barely move around in it. And the front desk never picks up the phone when trying to ring from the room.
I LOVED IT!! A fantastic stay at this hotel located on Place Rogier, opposite the main street that leads to all of Brussels' attractions. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The metro is right on the square. The hotel is a haven of peace; the scent is relaxing as soon as you enter and is found everywhere—in the rooms, the lobbies, the corridors... You feel like you're in a garden, with plants and decorations in that style everywhere. The overall atmosphere is soothing, and the rooms are clean and spacious with a floral, exotic theme and that ever-present relaxing scent. A water fountain with still and sparkling water is available in the room corridors, which is a big plus. A spotless sauna with a shower and relaxation chairs is available in the well-equipped gym. The hotel restaurant is very good. The hotel also has workspaces and relaxation areas downstairs, which is very convenient. The team is super friendly, helpful, and full of good advice (thank you Aissa for the tips!). I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.
Overall, the stay was great. It would have been perfect if I had been greeted with a smile during check-in. We arrived after a few hours on the train and were welcomed by a staff member with a rather sour expression, even though I greeted him with a smile. The room was decent, although a little small. There is a water dispenser near the lift, as well as a restaurant and shop in the lobby. I personally loved the lobby area, especially the greenery and the outdoor seating space. The location is convenient too. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Brussels Noord Station and about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Place. Along the way, I passed many shops and souvenir stores. There’s also a Starbucks right outside the hotel, which was very convenient.
I love the concept of the hotel, check in and check out was super quick and the water fountain was very handy
