The stay was excellent from arrival to departure. The staff was extremely friendly and always available. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
Everything was great, Meris is super attentive and always looking out for people's needs, but it's really for spending the night and getting to know the country, so it's for those who really want to do tourism.
Hello, The hotel is located 15 minutes from the center and is perfect for people traveling by car. There is parking both outside and inside. The reception was always reachable. They speak Bosnian and, of course, English (there was also a staff member who spoke German). Since they can also be contacted via WhatsApp, communication is very easy. Check-in was paid in cash (so bring cash, €). We had originally booked two rooms, but since we initially wanted to stay together as a family, he also showed us the apartment with a kitchen and living area. We then opted for the apartment, which was also cheaper. Regarding the apartment: It is large and perfectly adequate for four people. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too thick. The bed linen wasn't clean; it had stains and other issues. There was also a face towel and a large towel for each person. These also had stains that probably didn't come out in the wash. Otherwise, we had to leave very early at check-out, and the reception staff helped us leave and told us where to leave the keys. Conclusion: Suitable for anyone who's budget-conscious and wants to save money. It's significantly cheaper. Ideal for those with a car who can drive to the city center. If cleanliness is a top priority, this isn't the place for you. This was our first time in Bosnia, and it was a last-minute booking, so we didn't have many affordable options. Next time, I'd definitely stay in a cleaner, more upscale hotel. Nevertheless, everything was perfect. The refrigerator, water, and electricity all worked. (Some areas were being renovated, so it will surely be much better soon.) Everything was great, only the cleanliness could be improved. ``` The welcome and farewell were very friendly and commendable. (Before booking, we were recommended a villa belonging to this hotel, located just a few minutes away. Pictures were sent to us, and it looks fantastic. €60 per night is very good, and it's also suitable for four people. Since it's very new, it hasn't been advertised yet. I wasn't entirely convinced at first, which is why we initially wanted the hotel. However, if I had the chance to get the villa at check-in (it was reserved), I would have gone there. It's brand new and looks clean. Just so you know, and you can inquire if you're planning to stay together as a family.) 1 star for the price. 2 stars for the apartment, beds, etc. 3 stars for water, electricity, and parking. 4 stars for the reception (availability). Best regards, Habip
Wonderful owners, very welcoming and helpful. We had a fantastic apartment at a fair price. Although the hotel/apartments are located outside the city center, you can reach it very quickly by car, scooter, or public transport. Thank you so much for your hospitality and comfort; we would love to come back.
Quiet, accessible. Enough rooms for team outings or overnight stays. All praise for the hospitality of the hosts...
