Flamingo

Flamingo is a men-only gay cruise club on ul. Tsar Simeon in central Sofia, and one of the city's longer-running venues of its kind. Listings describe two floors with lockers, a video room, cruising areas, a darkroom and a BDSM/play space. It is set up for sex and fetish play, not for drinks and conversation. Hours and entry rules vary, so check current listings before going. Bulgaria has no anti-gay laws but no partnership recognition either, and public attitudes are cool, so keep things discreet on the street outside. Bring condoms and use the lockers.
