Incredible place. This is my first time visiting something like this. There are many young, smiling and kind people. The building is mixed-use, which only positively contributes to the rating.

Very clean and spacious room, with an incredible view of the sea. As soon as you enter, you feel a pleasant aroma and temperature. The location is very good, about 30 minutes walk from the Sea Garden. It has everything you need for a unique experience. Smiling and polite staff, and the underground parking is a very good and rare addition to the overall experience.
