Great, cozy business hotel. Top location

Our reservation was cancelled! Of course, not by us! The staff couldn't react appropriately! At the last minute, we had to find a new hotel! This has never happened to me before! Not recommended!

Amazing stay. Using this hotel for many years and the service is always superior to anything else in Varna. Rooms can use a bit of refreshment esp the HVAC but everything else like restaurant, lobby area and food is real good

Very good hotel and amazing cuisine

We were guests of the hotel for the first time. They gave us a free upgrade and instead of a small studio they accommodated us in a medium one. Extremely clean and luxurious hotel, very friendly staff and a rich breakfast. In the evening we were outside the hotel and when we returned there was a "Good night" sign with a chocolate waiting for us on every bedside table. Every time we return to Varna we will come back to you! Thank you!

Ok, it’s going to be a tough one. The hotel itself in general is really good. The rooms are clean and cosy, the beds are superb, I slept like a king. The view is the Cornish garden, the staff is courteous and nice. The restaurant is at a very high level of food and service, the breakfast is close to perfect. However…the elephant in the room - the bathrooms. It is like an interior designer has decided to ditch every common sense rule in design and ergonomics and go freestyle! The sink and mirror are outside of the bathroom. Practically 2 tiles separate you from the carpet. So, in case you have a beard or hair to cut and trim and hope to clean the sink after you finish, nope. No, sir. All the hair is on the carpet. On top of that the normal part of the bath is divided in 2 parts - a shower and a toilet bowl compartments. Luckily, there’s a syphon below the toilet dish, so in case splashes from the shower end around it so you’d assume they’d naturally drain? No, sir. The compartment where the toilet is has a wrong floor slope, so even with the drain, the water puddle stays hours after you’ve taken a shower. The good is the maids know about this and mop it out when they clean your room. All in all, a great place, staff and location. For me though, the baths are a showstopper, especially if you planned to stay for more than 2 days.

Unique hotel. People respond immediately when you need something. The service is great, people are polite and very smiling. The breakfast is very good and delicious. The rooms are fresh, comfortable and spacious. My friend and I were here for a marathon and when we needed somewhere to leave our luggage and when we needed something, they immediately responded to help!
