It's often difficult to judge a hotel based on reviews because they're often false and rarely truthful. In this case, each review doesn't reach the maximum of minus zero. I booked the stay for a group of 46 Italians without discussing the price, but instead negotiated other terms, paying everything in advance. We arrived with the group on Saturday, June 20, 2026. Everything seemed to be in order. When we were assigned our rooms, the staff gave us all the recommendations regarding the use of the air conditioning. So, we took possession of our rooms. It wasn't until several minutes later that we discovered that the whole thing was a complete lie: the air conditioning was practically non-existent, with temperatures reaching 30 degrees Celsius in each room. The rooms were dirty and completely destroyed, and the windows were falling out. Within 10 minutes, the whole group and I found ourselves at the reception, complaining about all the inconveniences. The staff pretended to solve the problems, but they continued to tell us more lies. As our companion, I asked the owner to come to the hotel to fix the problem. To re-protect the group in another suitable facility, but none of our requests were taken into consideration. At that point, I decided to call the police, and they ended up arresting me because I was trying to assert our rights. A nightmare within a nightmare. This facility is dangerous from every perspective, so it should be completely closed and bulldozed. My job allows me to travel the world, and I can guarantee that I've never seen anything worse. And I can say this, just saying this makes me sick, just thinking about returning to Croatia. But I think I've made myself clear.
