Very centrally located, only the elevator has its quirks. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Extremely nice room, warm with a good breakfast. The tram is noticeable at night and in the morning, but it goes with the location!

Full marks. Even though the building looks rather uninviting from the outside and the stairwell is somewhat off-putting, as soon as you open the door to your floor, you'll find a small but charming hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished, and include a minibar and safe, as well as many thoughtful touches like toothbrushes and earplugs. The breakfast is personal and very good.

We were lucky enough to stay with our baby for four nights. The accommodation is spotless and in a fantastic location. The breakfast is wonderful—small, but everything is freshly made and very complete. The woman managing both breakfast and check-out is lovely and incredibly helpful; she was the best part of our stay! Thank you so much!

The entrance of the old building is dirty and can seem a bit intimidating at first, but that impression changes completely once you’re inside the hotel. The owners pay great attention to detail — everything is spotless and well organized. The place is odor-free, with complimentary coffee and biscuits available all day, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the soundproofing could be better, as music from the surrounding area can be heard late into the night.

The host was so lovely and friendly. Beds were comfy, room was clean and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. View and location couldn't have been better. The only thing that I could have wanted was an extra pillow.

As other reviews mention, the entrance is hard to find and entering the code is a hassle, but the room cleaning is fine, and I think the location and service are good.

Unbeatable location, right in the city center, well-connected and surrounded by all amenities and attractions. Despite its location and the size of the rooms, it's very well soundproofed and completely quiet. The decor is fantastic, everything is brand new and tastefully done. Perfect for exploring Zagreb. It has everything you need: shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, and a minibar. Check-in is entirely via codes, so you don't have to see anyone, which gives you a lot of freedom, and everything is very well signposted. Without a doubt, if I return to Zagreb, I'll stay here again.

I am very satisfied
