The room was great, completely renovated and very large, with an ensuite bathroom. It also has a refrigerator. There's parking in the building. The guy who greeted us was very nice and friendly, and gave us some great recommendations. The tram to the city center can be caught right outside the building and doesn't take long, so it's perfectly located.
The owner is amazing, he is so helpful he helped me with getting a ride ready for my very early fight, he even gave me little tips for things to do around Zagreb. He informed me when I get to the location to call him and let him know that I arrived he then call his staff member who came down, she stayed past her shift to make sure I was settled ok. Very very very friendly staff without a word. The room it self was very clean the sheets were nice and clean and they smelled like they have been freshly washed. The bathroom it self was clean there is hand soap and body soap as well bring your own shampoo. The towels also were nice and clean and they also smelled like they have been freshly washed as well. I have notthing but amazing thing to say Thank you to both the owner and the staff member it made my stay in Zagreb even more amazing.
Best budget friendly option in Zagreb.
It's a 30-40 minute walk to the tourist center, but there's a tram station right across the street, so it's easy to get there. The shower and bed were clean and there were no issues. Hangers, towels, cups, and shampoo (which can also be used on the body) were provided. The owner frequently contacted me via Expedia to let me know what time he would arrive, and we communicated accordingly. It's on the third floor of a building along the main street. (The location on Google Maps is slightly off.) The owner opened the door and greeted me as soon as I arrived. He also explained how to use the room and how to check out. He spoke clear English and said I could contact him on WhatsApp if I needed help. He was a very friendly and lovely person. It's an affordable, easily accessible, and clean hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends staying in Zagreb!
