What reviewers say

Visitors praise the hotel's excellent location near the seafront, restaurants, and supermarkets, as well as the swimming pool and helpful staff. However, many guests report issues with outdated and neglected rooms, poor service, noise disturbances, and a lack of hot water. Some guests also found the beds uncomfortable and the breakfast to be lacking in variety.

Disappointing stay. Apparently the good reviews are about the few renovated rooms shown in the booking photos. I stayed on the 3rd floor in a standard room. Old, poorly furnished, the sheet was not enough to cover the mattress and the free spot of the mattress that was visible was covered by a melted and holey bathrobe on top of the sheet. Sheets and pillowcases, all melted and yellow from use. Towels excessively used. The bathroom had damage to the tiles and the white sanitary towels were already yellowed. The clothes hangers were broken. The staff in the restaurant were visibly rude. Overall one of my worst stays.

Great service and location. Easy to go te any pf the beaches and bars close by. Rom is okey+, bed was really good acutally. The highlight of the trip was the bartender: Andreas, this guy is one of the nicest and polites men i have ever met. Always made my day better. Andreas u are the GOAT!

Good location and my room was better than expected after reading some reviews. However, housekeeping was not very attentive, coffee capsules were not replenished, and bottled water was only provided on the first day. The bathroom was small, water pressure was weak, the fridge was noisy, and the air-conditioning display never seemed to work properly. Breakfast is the same everyday, actually pretty boring. The half-board dinner buffet is not available if there are not enough guests, set menu is provided instead; portions were large, food are just okay (salad is the best) and the restaurant staff were actually quite good. Overall, there was nothing seriously wrong, but too many small issues for a four-star hotel. I would probably choose a different hotel next time.

This is the first time I've seen such a ridiculous rule at a hotel I stayed at with my 6-year-old child. I was told I had to enter the pool at the same time as my child, who knows how to swim, and this was told to me by the lifeguard in charge (I even doubt she knows how to swim). Keeping an eye on my child is one thing, but entering the pool with her is another! She repeatedly reminded me that I was responsible for my child and finally wouldn't even let her enter the pool. I think you need to revise your policy!
