Great hotel right next to the subway station. Spa area too small for such a large hotel.

Very good breakfast. Friendly service. Despite being very busy, there was still a parking space. The metro station is very close. The prices in the restaurant are a bit too high for the quality.

Normally I live my review when I fished staying but this is just amazing so I would like to give this review while I am staying here. I came here to celebrate my birthday. So far it’s been super nice and I love the Sauna and breakfast here. At night we just spend time in there bar place with the live piano show. It’s just amazing. I would say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. If I come to Prague again, this is the hotel that I will stay.

The best hotel we've booked in Prague so far. We rarely experience such thoughtful touches (wine and cake upon arrival, and even more water upon departure). Breakfast left nothing to be desired and was well-organized despite the large number of guests. It was great that the spa area was free for two hours. Luckily, parking was included in our booking, as it's otherwise quite expensive. The only downside was that we didn't have the panoramic view we'd booked, as our room was on the other side. The furnishings are a bit dated, but everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. We would gladly return.

The staff were very welcoming, and the service was excellent. My only slight complaint is the somewhat dated rooms, which could use a renovation. The pool is easily accessible but perhaps a little too cold. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. A very convenient bonus is the metro station right next to the hotel.

We booked the hotel at a great price, to get that out of the way. So, for us, the price/performance ratio was definitely right. However, it's by no means a 5-star hotel. It's really showing its age. The bathroom fixtures were only functional, and the tiles were ancient and worn. There wasn't a single working electrical outlet in the bathroom. Otherwise, though, the room was clean, the bed was really excellent for a hotel bed, and the rooms weren't noisy. We slept very well. The view from the 15th floor was fantastic, and the connection to the city center was great. Breakfast was very plentiful, but there were long lines at the coffee machines, so you have to resort to sparkling wine 😉. The spa area is very nice. For €124 per night for two people, including breakfast and parking, we would gladly come back.

A huge hotel, very well located, just 30 meters from the metro. Good connections to the city center. Excellent value for money, great service. The breakfast buffet is particularly noteworthy.
