SOVA | Modern Czech Cuisine

We spontaneously decided to have dinner there as a group of three. The food was very well prepared and a true culinary delight. Even the bread served with the appetizers was still warm, which further enhanced the sophisticated flavor combinations, such as the homemade duck breast pâté on cherry compote with black truffles. The cuisine is of a high standard, but not prohibitively expensive, and the waiters are not intrusive. The only drawbacks were the less-than-ideal air conditioning and the density of the tables. So, my personal conclusion: definitely give it a try!

Booked a table 2 weeks in advance for a special birthday treat for my husband Unfortunately we were greeted like a walk in . No specific table reserved just a choice of two high up tables ?? Joke really . Spoiled the surprise and wished we hadn't bothered as loads of nice restaurants in the area . Please look hard at your choices because there are better for the price !

Small, intimate restaurant. Very good food. Attentive staff.

An interesting place to enjoy a different and modern Czech meal. We started with duck pâté, followed by braised beef cheeks in red wine with mashed potatoes and a delicious duck-infused plantain. For dessert, we had raspberry sorbet with Parmesan cream and beer ice cream. Everything was exquisite, and the service was impeccable.

It's a great place for modern Czech food! The atmosphere is so nice, it's perfect for a date! If you don't want to go wrong, just order the top two items on the main course!
