Klaus K Hotel

Very convenient Modest-sized rooms, but very comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. It's interesting that this is the first time I've come across a hotel that only cleans and tidies your room if you request it the day before at 6 pm. I think it's good for sustainability and cost savings. And because I don't clean my room or bathroom every day at home. I don't ask for cleaning on any of the four days I stay, although they do clean and tidy it on the third day without me asking. While the idea is good, I think they should also reward them with a discount for the cost savings it represents for them. The only thing I didn't like was the view from the room, which overlooks a courtyard.

Very good hotel in a great location. Very central to everything with three tram lines just outside the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, musea and the harbor within a kilometer of the hotel. The room - skyloft with balcony- is very nice and quite spacious for Helsinki. The balcony is a nice place to sit outside, but unfortunately it has no cover for when it ruins. The bed was nice with a perfect balance between hard and soft, although one of the pillows was a bit lumpy. There is also a couch, minibar and tv. Wifi is available, but unprotected. The rain shower is nice, bur the regular one has no rod to hang from, so you either have to be very short or hold it. The toilet has a nice design. The sound proofing is quite good as well, as some guests played music on the balcony but you could hardly hear it inside. The breakfast has lots of options, mostly cold and tastes great. I just had it once so I dont know if they change things around. The room can get a bit hot on sunny days, even if it is just 15 degrees Celsius outside. There is cooling but it cant keep up. The room also has some very slight wear, but is clean. The hotel is also big on sustainability, so while daisy cleaning and fresh towels are available, you have to ask for it.

A centrally located hotel. It is a short walk to pretty much all the main attractions in central Helsinki. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and a sky bar with a fantastic view of the city. I have been back several times since I wrote the original review and am still as pleased every time.

Loved the vibe at Klaus K Hotel. It feels small in the best way, with a bit of character you do not get everywhere. I left a QR code too, in case it helps someone find what is happening nearby.
