Absolutely perfect. The entire team is thoughtful and attentive to every detail, from the bar and reception to housekeeping, restaurant service (the star is well deserved), the sommelier, and the valet parking attendants (thanks again to Alket, who was fantastic even in challenging circumstances). All this with simplicity and spontaneity. Bravo.

I loved my overnight stay with my little boy and my partner. Our visit to the bar was fantastic: the bartenders and their creations are truly exceptional. The room was beautiful and very clean, with a huge, much-appreciated bathtub. Breakfast was worthy of a 5-star hotel, with a huge buffet and a special mention for the delicious Eggs Benedict. But what truly makes this hotel special is the staff: everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. A wonderful experience that we will cherish.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. A wonderful first experience with impeccable staff. They paid meticulous attention to every detail. I had forgotten my iPhone charger, and they brought me a universal one within minutes. I can confirm the sublime room, the wonderfully beautiful pool, and the simply splendid breakfast room. An unforgettable experience at this hotel nestled in Old Lyon, on a very special street accessible only by taxi.
