We decided spontaneously to visit the restaurant during a visit to Lyon. Great food, exceptional value for money and very good service 👏👏👏

We were a bit disappointed with our dinner experience and the tasting menu. The portions were quite small for two people to share. The roasted sea bass was also disappointing—the skin had a lot of scales and was not crispy, which really affected the dish (see photo). Tomatoes were used in too many of the dishes, making the menu feel repetitive and somewhat overpowering. Overall, we found the flavors less impressive compared with other restaurants we visited in France. On the positive side, the service was friendly, and we particularly enjoyed the soup and dessert. However, overall, the experience did not quite live up to our expectations for a restaurant at this level.

This restaurant deserves a Michelin star; the owner's passion for flavor is evident in their mastery of taste. I highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and attentive, all within the atmosphere of a charming Lyonnais bistro. 👍
