A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff and a great location. The room is fresh and clean. After a long day of exploring the city, you can relax in the pool in the evening.

We had a very concerning experience at this hotel that needs to be shared. Our cellphone was stolen in the pool area around 10pm - literally within seconds. At that time, there were only three other people present: the receptionist and two women. This is supposed to be a four-star hotel, yet the level of security was clearly inadequate. When we reported the incident, the receptionist did not communicate effectively in English and responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way. He explicitly said he “doesn’t care about guests’ belongings” and that “anyone can come from the street and steal,” which is alarming to hear from hotel staff. The situation became even more suspicious the next day. After we insisted on reviewing CCTV footage and requested an official incident report in order to involve the police, the same receptionist suddenly claimed the phone had been “found” - in a location we had never even visited. This raises serious concerns about how the situation was handled. Overall, this experience left us feeling unsafe and poorly treated. A hotel of this standard should ensure basic security and take responsibility when incidents occur, rather than dismissing guests and responding only when pressure is applied.

Terrible hotel, After accepting the full payment online. They ask me to stay in another hotel without telling in advance. Meanwhile they still have their booking system open.

The hotel was disappointing. We had agreed on check-in at 14:30, but the room was not ready at that time. We came back an hour and a half later — and the room was still not ready. The room itself is very small, with barely any space to move around. We chose this hotel mainly because of the spa area, but it did not meet expectations at all. The water is not heated, and it’s impossible to stay there for more than 10 minutes. Overall, the experience did not match our expectations. I do not recommend this hotel.
