What reviewers say

Visitors often praise the hotel's charming old-world decor, excellent location in the heart of Lyon, and helpful staff. However, many guests express disappointment with the aquatic space, describing the pool water as too cool for relaxation, and some feel the hotel does not meet four-star standards due to dated rooms or issues with amenities.

Honestly, it's not worth the price at all! I had a tiny room! Supposedly vintage, but nothing vintage about it, it looked like a motel in the USA! Seriously, I'll never stay at this hotel again! I booked a king-size bed and got a double! That's insane! I don't know how this hotel is even 4 stars when the photos on Booking.com make it look amazing! I'll never fall for that again!

Cold pool, difficult access by car, very basic room for a 4-star hotel. However, comfortable bed and good breakfast.

Hello, We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the room had a dirty bedspread with yellow stains. I asked for it to be changed, which is clearly unacceptable for an establishment of this standard. Furthermore, the pool, advertised as heated, was actually freezing cold. Three couples in our group made the same comment, and at reception, we were told they were aware of the issue but couldn't raise the temperature due to the humidity… A truly disappointing experience.
