Arc-en-Ciel Toulouse

Arc-en-Ciel (Rainbow) has been Toulouse's principal LGBTQ+ organisation since its founding in 1992, making it one of the longest-established associations in southern France. Based in the historic centre on Rue Croix-Baragnon, it runs a welcome centre with drop-in reception hours, support groups for gay men, lesbians, trans individuals and families, legal and administrative guidance, and community events throughout the year. Arc-en-Ciel is also the lead organiser of the Toulouse Pride march (Les Fiertés de Toulouse) each June. Visitors experiencing discrimination or needing local contacts are warmly received; English-speaking volunteers are usually available.
