We booked through the Hotels app and went to the hotel. Upon arrival, hotel staff told us we had been scammed, stating they didn't work with the app and refused to let us in despite our confirmed reservation. We were left without accommodation in a foreign country and suffered significant inconvenience. Our payment has still not been refunded, even though the service was never provided. This experience demonstrates serious irresponsibility and a lack of professionalism. I absolutely do not recommend it.
Honestly, I have to give it a 5 because everything was perfect. The location is great because it's on one of Tbilisi's main thoroughfares, and you can conveniently park your car (which isn't always easy). The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to the young man who checked us in early and then opened the garage for us so we could go to the airport. The breakfast was also very good, and the price was very competitive.
-Very noisy street directly in front of the hotel -Bed with a footboard, making it unsuitable for people over 1.90m tall -The mattress, a relic from centuries past, sags almost to the floor, it's so soft -The extra charge for the balcony is unfortunately not worth it, as it's been covered in bird droppings and is therefore not really usable. -Very central location -The staff barely speaks English, making communication difficult, but they try their best.
Beautifully clean rooms, beautiful common room in style. Willing and nice gentleman who accommodated us :). Breakfast was sufficient
A magnificent hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed at. Cleanliness, service, location—everything was top notch. Breakfast and delicious morning coffee were included in the price. A huge thank you to Ksyusha and her husband for their help with the accommodations and the comfort they provided. Natasha, Andrey, June 28, 2025-July 2, 2025 P.S. The cats are wonderful.
Very comfortable, welcoming, and very generous. A delicious, clean breakfast. Good price, very good service.
