Tbiliseli Inn

We stayed for one night, following the Booking reviews. It's unclear why no one says it's a pigsty. Dirty, dirty, dirty again. The wallpaper is peeling, mold is eating away at the shower, there's dust, food crumbs from previous guests, and the carpet has died twice due to these stains.

The service is acceptable, but the hotel's location is bad. If you just want to sleep, for example, or if you're arriving late at night and then leaving, then about 6 hours is fine. The air conditioning is very bad.

The hotel owner is so kind and helpful that he makes your stay wonderful. The furniture is a bit old, but the cleanliness is excellent. There's no need to pay extra for other hotels. Plus, the hotel's location is so good, everything is right at your doorstep.

Convenient and close to the centre

The manager was great and went out of his way to help us. A true gentleman. Great service.

We stayed for 2 nights. We were very pleased with everything. The hotel is in a quiet street and very close to the center. You can walk everywhere. Luka is a very good hotel owner. He took great care of us.

A small, cozy hotel in the heart of Tbilisi on a quiet street... Comfortable, delicious, and most importantly, a rooftop veranda with breathtaking 360-degree views!

It should be 5 stars because of luka😍, sure we will come again, it was very good location with breakfast, wine and the best treatment ❤️❤️❤️

A decent location near Liberty Square, and friendly service, but the room was very tired (substantial damage to the ceiling over the bed amongst other things) and the shower was a very awkward shape and was falling apart).

Location was excellent in a quiet alley in the center of town. The manager is very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning and maintenance is subpar: the carpet was dirty and falling apart, lots of mould in the shower and overall outdated furniture. There are better options at the same price range.
