The entrance is on the first floor of a large building and is unfortunately not well signposted. We had problems checking in. The hotel rooms were almost entirely occupied by children/sports groups, so it was very noisy in the hallways, lobby, and breakfast room.

I don't even know where to begin: the staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are cozy, clean, and perfectly heated, ensuring a truly comfortable night's sleep. Upon entering your room, you're greeted by a small bag that you hang on the doorknob if you don't require room cleaning. This bag contains a little surprise, reflecting your commitment to sustainability. The breakfast is plentiful, offering something for everyone – vegans will feel right at home. A crucial point: the coffee is unbelievably delicious! You can tell the food is prepared with love, as you can taste the fresh herbs in the scrambled eggs. Citrus-infused water and fresh orange juice are also available. The friendly lady who clears the tables is very quick, meticulous, and incredibly welcoming. The kitchen staff is warm and attentive, pointing out the cutlery so you don't have to search for it. There are three dishes on the menu (in the evening): a bowl, currywurst, or pasta. No matter what you choose, it's absolutely delicious and you'll definitely leave satisfied. The best part: we were lucky enough to be there on a Tuesday and enjoy the wonderful live piano music. That also contributed significantly to the desired relaxation in the evening. I don't know if I've already mentioned it: the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. What particularly pleased us, as tech-savvy individuals, was the option of a completely digital check-in and check-out process. There is one very minor point of criticism in this regard, but it doesn't warrant deducting a star: the bill was issued to the individual guest, even though it was stated that this was a business trip. Also worth mentioning is the exceptionally comfortable bed with a single mattress and a sufficient number of pillows, so a good night's sleep was practically guaranteed. The hotel feels quite large and spacious, and when you came out of the room, you had to think for a moment about whether to go left or right. We are absolutely thrilled and will definitely come back, which is also due to the fact that there was a very international audience and we felt very comfortable with that.

Very spacious, clean, and modernly furnished rooms. Plenty of free parking directly at the hotel. Convenient location with a tram stop (Line 3, Innovationspark/LfU stop) right next to the hotel. Unfortunately, breakfast fell short of expectations, as all hot dishes, such as scrambled eggs and sausages, were either lukewarm or even ice cold. There is definitely room for improvement here.
