We celebrated a birthday there and the person working there that evening (owner/manager?) made a racist comment about one song our DJ was playing and told him to change. He also pressured guests to leave tips and didn't give the change back to some people.

We booked a place to celebrate a friend's birthday, and honestly, it wasn't the best experience. The venue itself is nice and seemed promising, but the owners left much to be desired. After listening to the karaoke and playlist of another group that had also booked for literally four hours, we asked the owners if we could take turns and play our own playlist, since we had a reservation. They kept saying they didn't want to ruin the other group's mood and that if we didn't like their music, blah blah blah... it wasn't a matter of taste, but of having the same rights. After insisting many times, they reluctantly let us play our playlist. After the first song, they noticeably lowered the volume and told us we could only listen to our music for half an hour, which still seemed incredibly unfair. To no one's surprise, our playlist didn't even last the promised half hour, because after a few songs, they switched it to the other group's without any warning. I don't want to bring up discrimination, but unfortunately that's how it felt and it was awful... if you're not German, I wouldn't recommend this place at all! A waste of money and energy

We had a reservation for a birthday party with 13 people and were completely ignored. We behaved very well, and I'm writing this without having drunk any alcohol. But we weren't allowed to play any music because another group was already there playing music. They wouldn't even consider a compromise of playing for 30 minutes. It was clear they only had eyes for that one group. When we brought it up, we were brushed off. Friendliness and hospitality were completely lacking, especially from the owner.

The bar staff were incredibly unfriendly; they played the customers' music, and when we asked if we could play our own, they only wanted to play the music of the German national team. I can't recommend them!

We organized a fantastic private party at FLAX. Planning and coordinating with the owner was completely straightforward and seamless. We had a wonderful evening; the venue is fun to decorate, cozy, and very well-maintained. We'll definitely be back!

We've held several parties at FLAX and had a wonderful time every time. I can absolutely recommend it for any kind of celebration!

A truly special and cozy place with a great atmosphere; the karaoke is especially fantastic. Some of the singers are really talented, and they often perform rock and old classics by the Rolling Stones, the Beatles, or David Bowie. It's also a popular spot for young people.

Nice bar. Well suited for birthdays and parties. The owner, Steffen, puts in a lot of effort.

Great bar, super friendly service!

It's always a very nice and friendly atmosphere, and I always enjoy coming here.
