I stayed at this hotel with my parents for 3 nights. The hotel is close to the Nollendorfplatz subway station, served by the U1, U2, U3, and U4 lines, allowing you to easily reach every part of the city. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, home to several bars and restaurants. The hotel's strong point is its excellent value for money. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. Both the rooms and common areas are spotless and well-maintained. The descriptions and photos on the website are complete and accurate. There is working Wi-Fi throughout the property. You can pay for breakfast daily, but only if you choose to use it. There is a free water refill dispenser available throughout the day, and free tea and coffee are available in the afternoon. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, equipped with everything you need. The reception staff is friendly and always available, ready to warmly welcome guests and do their utmost to satisfy their every request. We arrived in the morning, and they did their best to offer us an early check-in at no extra charge. Special mention goes not only to the reception staff, but also to the housekeeping staff, who ensure the rooms and common areas are always very clean, tidy, and functional. Given the positive experience, if I were to return to Berlin, I would not hesitate to stay with them again.
Excellent hotel, excellent service, and a beautiful room 🥰 I love it
Excellent location, close to public transport to the city center and places to change lines. They don't speak Spanish at reception. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is spectacular. You can have everything from coffee with a variety of breads, jams, cereals, yogurts, ham, bacon, eggs, sausages, hard-boiled eggs, cheese, fruit, teas, juices... Very complete. The decor is strange, made with furniture that looks like it was salvaged from a dumpster. The beds and pillows are fine. The bathroom is fine. Now let's talk about the carpet; it's the most unhygienic thing imaginable, not to mention the pattern. Regarding cleaning, I think they vacuum, but they only change the towels halfway through, and the bathroom and bedroom glasses are never changed; no matter what condition they're in, they stay the same throughout your stay. There's a hotel garden that you can see from the room, okay, but the strange thing is that you also see the trash cans there. I recommend a pizzeria: as you leave the hotel, turn left, on the opposite sidewalk at the end of the street. It's on the corner. They make your pizza fresh, and they have a larger menu. As you leave the hotel, turn right and you'll find a large nightclub for those looking for a party.
