The room wasn't very clean. Dust was easily visible. We didn't find the receptionist friendly in the afternoon. Breakfast was okay.

Overall, we were very satisfied. This was our third stay. The room was huge, and the buffet offered a good selection. The only downsides were the condition of the shower: the shower head holder was broken, and the shower door wouldn't close properly. The location is fantastic, with the subway and bus stops right outside. You can easily get to the zoo and Alexanderplatz. It's also quiet at night if you keep the windows closed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

I’ve been traveling for years and stayed in all kinds of hotels, and Garner Schöneberg was honestly a really pleasant surprise. The place has a relaxed and comfortable vibe, the rooms were clean, and everything felt easy and stress-free. What really made the stay stand out was the blonde lady at reception. After so many trips, you notice when someone genuinely enjoys helping guests, and she was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was solid, the atmosphere was calm, and overall it’s one of those places that just makes traveling feel a little easier. I’d happily stay here again.

This was our preferred hotel in Berlin. We stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was excellent. The location is excellent. The U2 metro is right next door, 4 stops and you're at the gates of Berlin. It's especially suitable for Turks, as the street is entirely Turkish. Aldi shopping mall is 200 meters away. There's a Turkish market even closer. In short, we were very satisfied.

I arrived at 11:45 PM and wanted to check in. My room and all fees had already been paid online. The receptionist didn't greet me, didn't look at me, and spoke broken German and poor English. He wanted me to pay an overnight fee in advance, which wasn't mentioned in any of the hotel's booking emails. When I wanted to get to sleep quickly because of the late hour and said I would check it first and pay it at the end of my stay, the receptionist became loud and aggressive. I wasn't given any information about the hotel; he only told me the floor of my room after I asked. There were no bath towels or any other towels in the room. A terrible experience. Never again.

The worst hg hotel i have ever seen, the room gave to me was uncleaned and front desk show in very rude attitude: He gives me a single bedroom with smallest size, but i booked the largest room with three beds without apology. And then he yelling at me, what do you want me to do?I already look the complaint to the hg group, and i strongly do not recommend you choose this hotel. The used and unused glass messed up in same area and this hotel manager should really be fired imnediately.
