Me Time Deluxe is a new, consciously designed offering that gives you time and space for deep introspection, connection, and alignment. This concept was created to provide a protected and comfortable framework – initially exclusively for women and people who identify as female.

The Experience
During my yoga classes, the focus is already on establishing a connection with one's own body – on body awareness, movement, strengthening, and stretching.
