About this place Pullermanns

Pullermanns is a long-standing men-only cruising bar in central Cologne. It pulls in a mature crowd, mostly men over 35, giving gay men a low-key place to meet and talk. This is a cruising bar, so expect casual encounters and hookups. The mood is quiet, more about conversation and making a connection than dancing or a big show. You come in, grab a drink, and just mingle with other men in a space that's explicitly for men. You'll find Pullermanns on Mathiasstraße, right in the middle of Cologne, easy to get to, and part of the city's wider queer scene. It's been a fixture in the Cologne gay community for years, so locals and visitors both know it. If you want a no-nonsense gay cruise bar in North Rhine-Westphalia, this is it. It knows its people.

I was here for the first time yesterday and I'm so glad I went. I don't regret a single second. The staff are extremely friendly, the bouncer is super nice, and there are some hot guys there too. I'll definitely be back soon!!!

I was at your place yesterday. The staff is very friendly. The drinks are reasonably priced. The restrooms are very clean. There weren't that many people there, but I'll be back again today and tomorrow. It's bound to be packed on the weekend. The cruising area could be bigger with more booths. Perhaps you could rent another floor in the building. What I like best is that only men are allowed in. I'd love to come back again when I'm in Cologne.

I remembered that I came here 6/7 years ago, and I remember that I was impressed by this place ... so now 6/7 years later I went again , and it all came back. This place looks like it comes out of gay 80's movie. Amazing creatures of the night , big daddy's, leather guys, young twinks, etc... Bars like these need to exist , it's part of the Queer culture , and it's beautiful. The music in this place it top, not the ordinary but the extra ordinary. People who don't give this not 5 stars just don't understand the culture of these kind of bars ;-)

So, my husband and I went to Pullermann's Naked Night last Monday. By seven, the place was jam packed with men. As others have said, the best part by far was the crew behind the bar. Naked, fun, friendly and downright sexy, they made the trip well worthwhile. As to the rest… Unfortunately, the floor is cement. All the bar stools are the usual height: a milking stool would have come in handy, let me tell you. The crowd was age-diverse and definitely of a type, shaved, white, and rather grim. The few welcome exceptions were not treated as outsiders. The night was not a success for me, but nevertheless quite an interesting sociological showcase of modern German manhood.
