Basic room standard, very clean, friendly staff. Food perfectly fine, freshly prepared. Excellent value for money. Main train station a 10-minute walk away, public transport nearby. Perfect for a school trip, we highly recommend this youth hostel and would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and cozy, exactly as you'd want it. The bathrooms were also immaculately maintained – truly exemplary. The food was equally outstanding: fresh, delicious, and without any convenience products, microwaves, or deep fryers – you can simply taste the love and quality that goes into the cooking. The absolute highlight, however, was the staff. Incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm – you feel welcome from the very first moment. Highly recommended! I'd love to come back again! 🌟

Very friendly staff, super clean rooms and bathrooms. A great base for exploring the Dresden region, especially for families with children.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was of hotel quality, and they were very accommodating to individual requests. The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. We had a wonderful time here; thank you so much for everything.

This hostel is fantastic. The old villa is charming, and the location is great. Evening meals are freshly cooked, with youth hostel classics lovingly prepared and delicious. No convenience food, no deep fryer. The breakfast buffet is plentiful. The rooms are functionally furnished. Everything is clean, and everything works. The best part: the staff! Very friendly and attentive to the kids. No finger-wagging, very professional. Top-notch!

The staff has been impressively helpful, we had to leave at 5am on sunday, thus too early to have our sunday breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches, fruits and a bottle of schorle in bags for us on saturday. The Youth Hostel is in a beautiful architecture (early years of the XXth century) and a lovely neighborhood, close to the university and some nice coffees. I recommend.
