I was attending a training course. I'm not familiar with the hotel rooms. There's currently construction work going on at the hotel. The food and service were good. Beautiful park in the courtyard with a view of the Elbe River and the Frauenkirche spire.

Eventful days in Dresden. Pleasant stay at the hotel, from arrival, parking, and check-in to departure. Very good, plentiful breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. Construction work detracts from the overall experience.

The air conditioning isn't working. Even with the air conditioning on full blast, the temperature in the hotel hallway and outside is noticeably cooler. Tip: Open the room door and window for half an hour at night – this provides significantly better cooling than leaving the air conditioning closed.

Quick access to the old town, unfortunately there's currently construction work in the entrance area! Nevertheless, no noise in the room!

Beautiful hotel, great location. We stayed for a weekend with two family events. It took several requests before they were able to put the tables together for us. Our request to perhaps decorate the tables was refused. Advance reservations were not possible. On the day of departure, only one elevator was available for all guests. The stairs were closed due to construction. There were many arrivals and departures.

The hotel is full of surprises. Thank you for the great room! We'd love to come back. It's a shame that the spa area costs extra, even if you just want to go for a quick swim in the morning. The parking fees could also be handled differently, at least for tourists. For companies, etc., I wouldn't mind. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable. Thank you!

This was our fourth visit, and for good reason. The service was perfect, uncomplicated, and friendly, yet never intrusive. The renovations were proceeding almost silently; at least, they didn't bother us in the slightest. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
