I paid almost €700 for three nights and, frankly, expected much more. The room was very disappointing: a double room with two narrow single beds (approximately 80 cm wide), furnished without any care and lacking the comfort one would expect in this price range. Since the spa area was a key reason for my booking, I was all the more surprised that neither a bathrobe nor slippers were provided in the room. Furthermore, the room was only cleaned upon explicit request, which seems unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Even the small details are lacking: there are no complimentary drinks like a bottle of water in the room, nothing is replenished, and there isn't even a telephone to contact reception. If you try to reach reception by phone using your mobile, no one answers. For a price of almost €700 for three nights, the value for money is, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. The spa area alone cannot compensate for the numerous shortcomings in service and room amenities.

Good hotel, well-maintained and clean. Breakfast is great, just like the restaurant.
