We celebrated our wedding on May 15th in the conservatory of Cloud 7 at Heiner's. What can we say? Everything was perfect. From the very first minute (when we were checking out the venue "off the radar" and then happened to run into one of the two sales representatives while paying), we were pleasantly surprised by the dedication and commitment with which we received advice. We quickly decided on the conservatory at Cloud 7 in Heiner's because its size was perfect for our wedding, and the ambiance, with its view of the former Nordstern coal mine, was simply fantastic. Thanks to the various packages available, there was practically nothing left to be desired. We opted for the deluxe option, which is essentially "all-inclusive." We found it absolutely wonderful that we could easily incorporate our change requests during the planning process. For example, we were able to make a few adjustments to the menu with the catering service offered by Schweißguth. Coordinating the decorations, additional supplies like a photo booth, and the wedding cakes was seamless and coordinated through the two sales representatives. Communication in general, whether in person, by email, or by phone, was always positive, and responses were lightning fast. The dedication of both of them is simply outstanding. On the wedding day itself, we must also mention the entire service team. Never intrusive, always attentive, no one went thirsty! Again, simply perfect. We spent the night in the Junior Suite (part of our package) and had booked six additional rooms for some of our guests. Again, the rooms are all superbly equipped, bright, and modern. The suite is fantastic. The breakfast buffet the following morning was also excellent. If you're looking for a venue where you can tell that ALL the staff are genuinely passionate about making your event special, then we can wholeheartedly recommend Heiner's. Alex was particularly good, great service, even fetched suitcases from the room above at 11 pm.

Yesterday, after our daughter's First Communion Mass, we had a private dinner in a separate room. The experience was perfect: everything was arranged according to our wishes (menu, decorations, seating arrangements), the food was excellent, and all 28 dishes arrived at the same time. Our server deserves a 10 out of 10; she was very friendly, attentive, and always eager to fulfill our every request. Thank you for contributing to our perfect day. The O. Family

We were there for Mother's Day... despite having a reservation, we were told to sit on stools with our stroller. The waiter was completely uninterested and, despite empty chairs, couldn't/wouldn't offer us another seat. We left after receiving nothing more than an unmotivated shrug. We spent our money elsewhere. No!! They offered uncomfortable stools! Unthinkable with a baby!! There was absolutely no apology! Please stick to the truth!

We ate at Cloud 7. The food was really delicious. The spare ribs and sandwiches are highly recommended. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, we haven't stayed at the hotel yet, so we can't comment on the rooms.

Fabulous breakfast in a stylish Ruhr area atmosphere... We had breakfast there for the first time today... very friendly service, a large selection of pastries, cold cuts, cheese, salmon, egg dishes (fried eggs and omelets freshly prepared upon request), a fully automatic coffee machine, and real juices! We'll definitely be back!

We only had breakfast there on Saturdays. The buffet was fantastic! I highly recommend it and would gladly come back again and again. For €20 including various drinks (several types of coffee, various juices, several types of tea), it was absolutely reasonable! Delicious breads/rolls and croissants, salmon, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, small sausages, and other treats like pancakes and fruit salad, jams, muesli, yogurts, and more. There was something for everyone. The atmosphere is very cozy, absolutely modern, and inviting. We felt very comfortable. It's more of a breakfast than a brunch, which is probably why it's only open until 11:00 AM. An extra hour of buffet time would have been more convenient for us. The service was okay.

I visited the café twice, for a cappuccino and cake. It wasn't particularly cozy, and if you're unlucky, it can be a bit noisy. Unfortunately, there wasn't a wide selection of cakes. The cappuccino was okay.
