Gästehaus Bismarck

My wife and I have stayed here twice, in November 2018 and March 2019. And if the Covid-19 pandemic had not broken out, we would have stayed here in March 2020 as well. We are very satisfied with this hotel. The rooms are simple, but clean, and very well priced! The size of the rooms varies. The first time we stayed here, we had a large room with even a fridge. The breakfast is delicious, and the hotel has free parking. The only downside of this hotel is that there are few restaurants in the immediate vicinity. If you don't want to walk much, you have to rely on an Italian restaurant or a few kebab shops.

After my review was deleted, here's a second attempt. Just accept the criticism; it's objective and true! If you're looking for cheap accommodation, this is the place for you. Parking is free behind the building, or alternatively, on the street. Both are unguarded, but perfectly fine. There's an elevator and a night entrance, so you can easily get into the building at any time. It's all quite old-fashioned with keys. Unfortunately, it's unbearable there in the summer. It's hotter in the room than outside! There is a fan, and it's quite powerful, but it doesn't do much good. The rooms look like the photo. Small, but nice. They're clean, but the bedding stinks!! I couldn't stand sleeping there and left early. Absolutely disgusting! Something else that absolutely must be mentioned is how poorly soundproofed it is. You can hear every single fart from your neighbor. Great for one or two nights in winter, but I'd think twice about staying there any longer.
