Highly recommended, excellent value for money.
24.05.2026 I went. Entry is 5€.. People smoke in the pub and I got migraines Bar keepers are too busy with welcoming their own friends but they were kind to me. Normal water is 3.30€ More expensive than shots and drinks are starting from 6€ on bit too expensive. I went to better gay bars in my life.
I've been to WunderBar several times now, and the atmosphere is always fantastic. DJ Luk deserves special mention – his sets are truly amazing and always get the dance floor rocking. The music selection is diverse, the transitions are seamless, and you can tell he has a real feel for the crowd. In my opinion, DJ Luk should definitely be a regular on weekends, especially Fridays and Saturdays. He really knows how to get the crowd going and makes the evening even better. With a DJ like that, a great atmosphere is guaranteed. A definite recommendation for anyone who loves to party and enjoys good music!
Hello everyone, I'm so excited about the Wunder Bar! The staff is super friendly, the music is great, the drink prices are okay, and it's nice that you can come in a skirt. Your club is really great, thank you so much! Jasmin
WunderBar is simply an absolute safe space with cult status in the St. Pauli district. The atmosphere is relaxed, open, and wonderfully uncomplicated – whether you just want to enjoy a drink or suddenly find yourself in the middle of a completely wild karaoke night. The team is incredibly welcoming, the drinks are fairly priced, and the atmosphere is exactly the mix of chaos, charm, and queer living-room energy that I love. ☺️ I actually go there quite often on my own, and that's precisely what I love about the place: It's surprisingly easy to strike up a conversation with others. Somehow, a nice chat almost always develops, a shared laugh, or you spontaneously meet new people. Especially if you don't always want to hang out in fixed groups, WunderBar feels incredibly casual and open. What's particularly great is that you quickly feel welcome, the music is a diverse mix, and something fun is always happening. It's not a sterile, glossy bar, but a place with personality, stories, and a genuine scene soul.
