Pulverfass Cabaret

We booked two tickets in the "Diamond" category, as it was advertised as a superior seating option. However, on-site, we couldn't discern any advantage over the less expensive "Rhinestone" category. Right next to our table, guests in the "Rhinestone" category were seated at the same level and, in our opinion, with a comparable view of the stage. The extra cost we paid was therefore incomprehensible to us. The attached photo shows the view from our seats. We were also surprised that when we entered, there were tables even closer to the stage available, yet we weren't seated there. These seats were later occupied by other guests. We couldn't understand why this was done. After the event, we complained about the situation. We initially received no response to our first message. Only after a follow-up inquiry did we receive a reply. Ultimately, we were simply told that our seats had been correctly assigned to the "Diamond" category internally. However, it remained unclear to us what the specific added value was supposed to be compared to the immediately adjacent seats in the cheaper category. The booked three-course meal was particularly disappointing. We arrived at 5:00 p.m., even though the show didn't start until 7:00 p.m. Despite this, they failed to serve the meal on time. Dessert wasn't brought until the performance was already underway. For a dinner show, we expect a booked meal to be served in its entirety and within a reasonable timeframe. Instead, we had to eat dessert in the darkened auditorium during the show. We found this disruptive and poorly thought out. In addition, the portions were, in our opinion, very small. The show itself also failed to impress us. The performances lacked variety and fell far short of our expectations. Several segments were completely incomprehensible to us. We spent a considerable amount of money for an evening for two and expected significantly more. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio is unacceptable. We would not book either the "Diamond" category or the event again.

A truly fantastic experience, something for everyone! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Pulverfass! The welcome was incredibly warm and professional, and the UnfassBar offered exciting and delicious cocktails – perfect for starting the evening. The show itself was very engaging, with fantastic costumes and performers – there really was something for everyone! The food we enjoyed during the show was also excellent and highly recommended! The service was very attentive. After the show, we were able to meet the performers at the bar – fantastic! We were truly impressed with everything! A great show, a wonderful atmosphere, and from the cloakroom and cleaning staff to the waitstaff and bartenders, every single person was incredibly attentive, friendly, and service-oriented, yet not at all stuffy! Thank you so much for the wonderful evening you gave us!

Our visit to the Pulverfass Cabaret was simply fantastic! We attended the drag show on June 6, 2026, at 11:00 PM and were thrilled from beginning to end. The show was absolutely outstanding: The performers were highly professional, incredibly talented, and managed to captivate the entire audience with their charisma, humor, and performance. Every single act was crafted with great passion and attention to detail. We laughed heartily, marveled, and felt thoroughly entertained throughout the entire show. Anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable evening full of entertainment, glamour, and a great atmosphere should definitely see this show. A huge compliment to the entire team—please keep up the great work! Thank you for this wonderful evening. We would love to come again.
