I had a junior suite and was very satisfied. The staff is friendly and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast buffet is decent and tasty. The selection is plentiful, with something for everyone. The scrambled eggs were especially delicious.

Absolutely disrespectful! Regular customers are treated like a nuisance. I have been a loyal customer of this hotel for years and made two consecutive bookings for my valued guest from Turkey, so he spent a total of nine consecutive nights in a suite. Unfortunately, this stay was a complete disappointment and a humiliation. The reception and booking team behaved extremely rudely, arrogantly, and unprofessionally. Instead of resolving customer issues, the staff covered for each other and arrogantly dismissed the customer. Regarding parking, we were explicitly promised free parking ("No problem") and our card was validated. However, on the day of departure, this promise was ignored, and we were condescendingly charged €24. It's not about the money at all, but about the broken promise and the disrespectful way we were treated in front of my guest. During my stay at the Arcotel Rubin (May 21-24, 2026), I made a booking error. I accidentally booked two three-night stays within a week, even though I was only staying three nights. The second booking was made through Booking.com, which is why the hotel couldn't cancel it directly. Nevertheless, Ms. Calle at reception found a solution and was very helpful in resolving the issue. Thanks to her assistance, I received a refund for the three unused nights just a few days later. I was also very satisfied with my stay overall. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I also discovered that booking directly through the hotel's website can be cheaper than using third-party providers. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Calle for her exceptional support and to the entire hotel management for the friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. I would gladly stay again!

The only good thing about this hotel is its accessibility by public transport. The staff are trying hard but overwhelmed. My impression is that there are many open positions in the service sector, and Arcotel doesn't seem to be the most popular employer. The room was okay, but nothing special. Apparently, my room hadn't been renovated yet. Other seminar participants had a refrigerator in their room. The coffee in the restaurant was an acquired taste, as was the coffee during the seminar breaks. I stuck to the juice instead.

The location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was nearby. A lovely sauna on the top floor.

The hotel seems very dated. A lot of things are okay, but not good. The air conditioning didn't work. The reception staff didn't seem surprised or pleased that I mentioned it. No apology, not a shred of sympathy, even though it was 28 degrees Celsius in my south-facing room on the main road! Breakfast is good, although the scrambled eggs were very runny and raw. The rest is fine. I wouldn't come back.
